1. Do you think your emails are scanned?
It could be, because Microsoft Office 365 scans everything you write; and DropBox opens and examines everything you write.

I think so, everything is interconnected and programs could use your emails for other uses.

You can use Protonmail.

You can use SpiderOak.

Anything that doesn't compromise me or other people (friends, my family, etc.), specially on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter...).

If you go to your phone's settings, you can turn off unneeded permissions with extreme prejudice.
6. Can you write an example of an app that asked for these kind of details?
For example, some social media, such as WhatsApp and Instagram.
